The rookie and veteran pair are expected to make their way to Denver after a slew of injuries.
According to AJ Haefele of BSN, The Colorado Avalanche are expected to recall rookie A.J. Greer and veteran Gabriel Bourque from the San Antonio Rampage to fill the void created by injuries to Tyson Jost and J.T. Compher.
Dont believe it has been officially announced but expect the Avs’ call ups to be Gabriel Bourque and A.J. Greer

Greer went down with a concussion during preseason but has recovered and played 2 games for the Rampage, netting 2 assists. He played 5 games for the Avalanche last season, good for 1 assist.
Bourque played 6 games for the Avs last season, scoring 0 points. A San Antonio mainstay, he had 33 points in 61 games in the 2016-2017 campaign. He has appeared in 5 games for the Rampage this season, scoring 1 goal with an assist to go along with it.
These call-ups are in response to the loss of Tyson Jost and J.T. Compher who are both expected to be out of the line up for 2-3 weeks. Compher got good news yesterday when he learned that surgery wouldn’t be necessary for his broken thumb.
